Billy Miller, ‘Y&R’ and ‘General Hospital’ star, dead at 43


Drama star Billy Mill operator, a three-time Daytime Emmy champ known for his jobs on "The Youthful and the Fretful" and "General Medical clinic," kicked the bucket Friday. He was 43.

Mill operator's passing was affirmed by drama columnist Michael Fairman.

A reason for death has not been shared. Mill operator was only two days short of turning 44.
